March

So far, we've had a good March. The sun is out more, and we're spending as much time as possible outside. We had all green foods for our meals on St. Patrick's Day, though since I'm sick I didn't go to the store to get real green foods. Instead we added green food coloring to everything. Grant loves that, but on the whole it tended to make me feel sick just looking at it--unless it is something green that grows in my garden, green on food signals to my brain that there must be something wrong with it. Grant chose green mac and cheese with hot dogs for his special holiday lunch, and the green hot dogs alone made me want to give up food forever. But he loved it all, so it was all worth it! :)

Here are a few other things we've done in the last couple of weeks:

Yes, we love Cougar basketball. Yes, we worship Jimmer. Yes, Grant knows who he is and while watching games calls out, "Go, Jimmer!" The Fight Song is still the most-sung of all songs in our house (by Grant's choice). The letters B, Y, and U were the first letters Grant could "read," and that was before he was two. Indoctrination? Brainwashing? Maybe.

This was January, but I just got around to it.... :)
